How to make your historic home more energy efficient. 

A meeting and house tour for anyone who would like to discuss retrofitting historic buildings to make them energy efficient. There will be a presentation from Dan Ayre, Historic Environment Team Leader at Winchester City Council. Dan will be talking about Winchester City Council’s new guide to planning permissions for historic homes.
