Recycle your plastic plant pots!
Do you find yourself with leaning towers of pots in your shed, garage or garden?
The lockdown surge in gardening is a wonderful thing, but sadly we can’t buy all our plants in Hairy Pot Plant Company coir pots. Often we are left with a surplus of plastic pots, and hang onto these in the hope of reusing them. If you’re able to do this that’s great, but if like many of us you’re drowning in them, bring them to our PLANT POT AMNESTY!
We have teamed up with local plastics recycling firm ‘Associated Polymer Resources’ based in Eastleigh.
Bring your clean plastic plant pots to New Leaf Alresford at the Rotary stand – at the Chilli Festival at Arlebury Park, The Avenue, Alresford 10am – 4pm, Saturday 17th July 2021.
We can accept all hard plastic plant pots. Unfortunately we can’t accept soft seed trays or polystyrene.
