Kerbside Collection
You can recycle small electrical items or electronic equipment through Winchester City Council’s kerbside collection service. Place items small enough to fit into a standard shopping bag, such as kettles and toasters, in that bag alongside your weekly collection. Do NOT place inside the bin.
